Hot. When the three of us were on a package holiday in Sousse we went on a three-day coach trip 'on safari' on the fringe of the Sahara. Sfax was en-route, then Matmata, Douz, Zaafrane, and the 'safari' (sleeping in Bedouin tents and riding on camels) was probably somewhere in the Jebil National Park.
